Our commitment
OFFHOURS is committed to providing a website experience accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do
Semantic HTML, descriptive alt text on imagery, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable interactive elements, and screen-reader-friendly form labels are baseline requirements on every page we ship.
We test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA), keyboard-only navigation, and automated tooling. Issues caught in those tests are tracked and prioritized.

Known issues
Some product photography lacks descriptive alt text beyond the product name — we're improving this iteratively.
